Roasted Pumpkin Seeds 3 Ways

Happy Halloween from Make & Taste!  Before your pumpkins go to waste, why not make a healthy snack for you and your family: Roasted Pumpkin Seeds!  Below are three different recipes to use to roast your pumpkin seeds.  The Classic Sea Salt is always my favorite, but the Honey Roasted with Cinnamon is a close second.  For all those who like a little heat you will really enjoy the Chili Pepper with Lime.  Pumpkin seeds contain many nutrients ranging from magnesium, potassium, copper and protein, which is why it’s such a healthy snack for your family.  So why not try roasting some today!
