Funfetti Cakes seem to be everywhere lately so to celebrate New Years Eve I thought baked funfetti donuts would be whimsical and fun spin. I chose to make them powdered donuts so one would be surprised by the pop of colors when they took their first bite, but you could leave them as is or create a vanilla frosting. Baked donuts are always easy to whip together and take only 10 minutes in the oven. Your little kitchen helper will love to pour and mix up the batter, plus there is the extra bonus of pouring in the fun rainbow sprinkles. Definitely kid approved.
