Enjoying cookie dough straight from the mixer is not recommended these days, even though when I was growing up my siblings and I would battle over the beaters. It was only a few short weeks ago that schools were closed due to snow here in Connecticut. During that time I set up a play date with a nearby friend to have our toddlers burn some energy and have some fun. This 10-minute recipe has seven simple ingredients and is perfect to make with your toddler all year long. Ground graham crackers is the main ingredient in this recipe, which provides a great texture. Of course mini-chocolate chips always is a crowd pleaser. Scoop it on top of a small dish of vanilla ice cream and you have the perfect treat that satisfies both kids and adults alike!
