Coconut Oatmeal Lace Cookies

I was pleasantly surprised when I made these cookies as they are easy to make, only take 5 minutes to bake, and if like me you are not a fan of coconut flavor, then you are in luck.  Another great part of this recipe is that it contains no eggs, so my toddler can snack
